Liz Earle, The Queen Of Skincare

There's nothing better at this time of the year, as temperatures fall along with the autumn leaves, than coming home to a cosy home and a nice, hot bath. Indulgent, yes but I can't resist the aroma of my new favourite body wash by skin specialist Liz Earle. It's laced with patchouli and bergamot and a hint of vetiver. Truly heaven scent!!

This uplifting product was amongst the huge parcel of Liz Earle goodies I came home to after a particularly tough day... but my mood instantly took a turn for the better when I saw the package was overflowing with a fantastic range of new products to try.

From her famous Cleanse and Polish, to body creams, oils and toners, I was completely spoilt for choice. Now, I'm not completely new to Liz Earle having pinched a little of my sister's Cleanse and Polish a few years ago but I know she's renowned for putting pure, natural ingredients in those little magic pots and jars. So I can't wait to put some of the best known lines to the test in the run up to Christmas.

If you've read my blog posts in the past, you'll know that when it comes to skincare I've mostly stuck with the Clinique 3 Step for the past 5 or 6 years and especially love their Sonic Brush, launched last summer. So I haven't really been tempted to change my skincare routine... until now.

Liz's own 3 Step was in the parcel and I was super excited to try it out. I have been using it exclusively for the past 10 days and I have to say that, so far, I'm really impressed. The 3 Step consists of the Cleanse and Polish, Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer and the Skin Repair Moisturiser.

I haven't been using it long enough to give you my full thoughts on it but I will say that even after such a short time my skin feels so good and I'm ready to take on everything Winter has to throw at my skin. It's noticeably plumper and definitely softer and I've noticed too that I have been able to use foundation with less coverage or even just my tinted moisturisers. I will do a full post further down the line, giving you my full and final thoughts on the 3 Step but so far, so very, very good!

Cleanser, Toner & Moisturiser

Another thing that came in the post was a selection of products from her men's line, which I didn't even realise existed until I saw it in the bag. I was given the Men's Cleanse and Polish, the Men's Face and Body Wash and an Exfoliator. These would make excellent gifts for your boyfriends or husbands, especially coming up to Christmas if you're looking for last minute stocking fillers. It comes in really sophisticated packaging with a really manly scent, which is a bonus for you too.
A little somethin' for the guys too
I can't wait to try all the other bits and pieces I received and let you all know how I get on. A huge thank you to Olivia who was kind enough to send me such a wonderful selection of products.
